Privacy policy

We store the account details you provide, the WhatsApp conversations exchanged through your connected number, the contacts and orders you create, and the knowledge you add for the AI assistant. Each business's data is stored separately and access is enforced on the backend.

Provider credentials are encrypted at rest. We never store card details. Passwords are never stored in plain text.

Your conversations are not used to train shared AI models. Voice cloning requires documented consent, and source recordings and voice profiles can be deleted on request.

Retention periods, export requests and deletion requests are configurable per business and land with the privacy controls in a later phase.
