Access to the platform requires an active monthly subscription. Credits purchased for AI or messaging use belong to your business and do not expire, but they do not grant platform access on their own.

You are responsible for how your business messages customers. Unsolicited bulk messaging without a valid WhatsApp opt-in and approved templates is not permitted, and WhatsApp or 360dialog may restrict a number that breaches their policies.

ZapDesk is an independent platform and is not an official WhatsApp or Meta partner. Feature availability depends on provider approval.
